Blossoms@Bellevue Academy Inc. - ECE Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at Blossoms@Bellevue Academy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting co-workers in housekeeping and cooking duties, developing and implementing child-care programs, and engaging children in activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist co-workers in maintaining a clean and safe environment for children
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Dental plan and health care plan available
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week
  • Language of work: English
