Job Summary

We are a leading roofing company in Canada, and we are looking for a skilled Roofing Operations Manager to join our team. As a Roofing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our roofing division, leading a team of experienced roofers, and ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the roofing division, including project management, team leadership, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of experienced roofers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the profitability of the roofing division.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in roofing, with a strong background in project management, team leadership, and customer service.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
