Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de la surveillance, de la maintenance et de la réparation des systèmes mécaniques et électriques de l'usine, notamment les systèmes de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation, les systèmes d'approvisionnement en eau et les systèmes de protection contre les incendies.

Responsabilités :

  • Maintenir le fonctionnement sécuritaire de l'usine, conformément à la Loi sur les appareils sous pression et à la Loi sur les mécaniciens d'exploitation.
  • Surveiller tout l'équipement et effectuer des réparations pour éviter tout danger pour le personnel et/ou l'équipement de l'usine.
  • Effectuer des tests des génératrices diesel.
  • Effectuer les tests des pompes à incendie selon le calendrier prévu.
  • Effectuer des tests de sécurité à des intervalles prédéterminés sur l'équipement de l'usine, comme : les soupapes de sécurité, colonnes d'eau, coupures de niveau d'eau élevé et bas, systèmes de détection des pannes de flamme, manocontacteurs, etc.
  • Vérifier et réparer l'équipement auxiliaire de l'usine, comme les réchauffeurs d'eau d'alimentation, les pompes d'alimentation de chaudière, les pompes de transfert, les pompes de dosage des produits chimiques, les pompes de mazout, les pompes de retour de l'eau de condensation, les réservoirs de stockage de l'eau de condensation, les compresseurs d'air, etc., en effectuant les ajustements nécessaires.
  • S'assurer que l'eau de la chaudière est analysée régulièrement et traitée correctement.
  • S'assurer que les adoucisseurs d'eau sont régénérés lorsque les tests indiquent que cela est nécessaire.
  • Inspecter les purgeurs de vapeur, d'eau, d'air, de gaz, les détendeurs de pression et les régulateurs.
  • Lire les niveaux d'huile dans les réservoirs et passer des commandes auprès des fournisseurs si nécessaire.
  • Effectuer des rondes et des procédures d'inspection sur tout l'équipement afin de maintenir les tolérances requises et les niveaux de fluide appropriés.
  • Vérifier les rapports de quarts de travail, tester et traiter la chaudière et le système de CVCA, alimenter en eau au besoin.
  • Inspecter et réparer les pompes, les compresseurs, les générateurs et les unités de traitement d'air.
  • Effectuer des tâches d'entretien préventif et de réparation sur tous les équipements mécaniques, selon les besoins, et remplir les documents conformément aux procédures de maintenance préventive. Utiliser l'équipement de mesure de l'air au besoin.
  • Aider le compagnon à réparer tous les systèmes, au besoin.
  • Maintenir la propreté de la centrale électrique en nettoyant, lavant et polissant les planchers, l'équipement et les chaudières.
  • Offrir de l'aide et des conseils aux collègues, au besoin.
  • Faire preuve de courtoisie et de considération envers les autres membres du personnel, les visiteurs et les clients dans le bâtiment.
  • Communiquer et aider tout le personnel de soutien, au besoin.
  • Travailler à l'entretien selon les besoins ou les instructions.
  • Membre permanent de l'équipe d'intervention d'urgence interne.
  • Tenir des registres exacts conformément aux normes de l'industrie.
  • Consigner les relevés au début et à la fin des quarts de travail sur un registre quotidien.
  • Participer à l'élaboration de programmes d'entretien et d'horaires de travail, et tenir des dossiers au besoin.
  • Effectuer des tâches conformément à la législation sur la santé, la sécurité et le code des installations.
  • Répondre aux appels d'urgence, à la disponibilité, à la rotation des quarts de travail et aux heures supplémentaires, selon les besoins.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche qui lui sera attribuée.

Exigences :

  • Au moins cinq ans d'expérience similaire dans l'exploitation d'immeubles
  • Certificat valide d'ingénieur en électricité de 4e classe minimum pour l'exploitation d'appareils sous pression en Ontario
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de construction, notamment : Mécanique : Chaudières, refroidisseurs, tours de refroidissement, réfrigération, pompes, ventilateurs, moteurs, ascenseurs, commandes du système centralisé et de la climatisationÉlectrique : Systèmes à haute tension, systèmes à basse tension, transformateurs primaires et secondaires, systèmes de commande CVCA, systèmes d'éclairage et d'alimentation, systèmes de télécommunications, centres de commande de moteurs, générateurs d'urgence d'alimentation critique avec système d'alimentation sans coupure/gestion des batteries à piles humides
  • Une formations SIMDUT, en secourisme et la certification RCR sont un atout
  • Compétences en relations et en leadership – Capacité à communiquer efficacement et professionnellement, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit; capacité à développer et maintenir des relations de travail coopératives avec les locataires, le personnel interne, les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs et le public; motivation personnelle, professionnalisme et souplesse; capacité à résoudre efficacement les problèmes
