Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Partner with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store standards.
- Supervise store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
