Customer Service Associate for Food Preparation and Counter Work

Chuck Burger is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced food preparation environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a team setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain a positive attitude in a demanding environment.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and meet sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Smart Serve certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in food service or hospitality
- Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods
