- Communicating and following up with clients and the pharmacy team on concerns or requests.
- Leading, coaching, and supervising Pharmacy Assistants and Dispensary Cashiers.
- Launching new initiatives to improve communication and implement guided processes.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Pharmacy experience, with a previous leadership role considered an asset.
