Job Title: Welding Fabricator

Soudure R.G. is seeking a skilled Welding Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and hoisting and lifting equipment.
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Work with a variety of materials, including aluminum alloys and stainless steel.
Requirements:
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in a commercial and industrial setting.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
