Physician Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at The Junction Medical Center Corp.
Job Summary:The Family Physician will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. This includes conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and document patient medical history and current health status
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as necessary
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including mental health conditions
- Prescribe and administer medications, as well as provide vaccinations and other treatments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient health and well-being
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of [insert state]
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
