Warehouse and Operations Supervisor Job at Canada Inc.

At Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse and Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff to join our team
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
  • Coordinate, assign and review work to ensure it is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Plan, organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in a related field
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English is the primary language of work
