PurpleDOG Post Production, LightVAULT is seeking a skilled Film Editor to join our team. As a Film Editor, you will be responsible for arranging film segments into sequences to achieve continuity and desired effects, and editing motion picture film based on the director's vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange film segments into sequences to achieve continuity and desired effects
- Edit motion picture film based on the director's vision
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Collaborate with directors and other production team members to ensure high-quality final products
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in film editing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Dental plan
