Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at Canadian Tours International. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, conferences, and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning: Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Communication: Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and attendees to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation, manage event expenses, and ensure financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Logistics: Plan and arrange for accommodation, transportation, and other services as needed.
- Technical Support: Ensure all necessary equipment and technology are available and functioning properly.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Office, and other relevant software.
