Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Marjan Korhani. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide support with meal preparation and feeding, if necessary.
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage them in social activities.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer services, if required.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
