Job Summary:

We are seeking a Liquor Store Associate to join our team at our Angry Otter Liquor store in Coquitlam, BC. As a Liquor Store Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Process register transactions, refunds, and returns
  • Ensure register drawer is balanced at the end of shift
  • Stock, face, and rotate products on shelves
  • Receive, check, and put away deliveries
  • Keep store and storage areas clean and organized
  • Utilize product knowledge to promote sales
  • Contribute to a team environment that lives our Core Company Values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence

Requirements:

  • Liquor retail experience is preferred
  • Serving it Right license is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving and quick learning abilities
  • Ability to physically lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for full 8 hour shift
  • Must be committed to a SAFE working environment
  • Must be over 19 years of age to be considered
  • Must have open availability and able to work a variety of shifts
