Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth, Indigenous workers, and mature workers
  • Support visible minorities through mentorship programs
