Furniture Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Elite Sofa Designs. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of our high-quality sofas and furniture.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of furniture finishers and refinishers
- Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
