We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field and Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a variety of settings, including patient homes, specialty clinics, and physician partnership clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and infusions in a safe and effective manner, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Assess and monitor patients' responses to treatments, identifying and reporting any adverse events or concerns.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Provide education and support to patients and caregivers on medication management and infusion therapy.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Travel to patient homes and clinics within a designated geographical area, as required.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on infusion therapy and medication administration.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to travel to patient homes and clinics within a designated geographical area, as required.
