Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Assistant to join our team at True Grain Bread Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods.
Job Summary:- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and packaging.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Ensure food safety and handling skills are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Wrap goods and weigh materials and goods.
- Bake mixed dough and batters.
- Pack and unpack goods.
- Build pallets and pack, weigh, and stack bound and finished products on pallet for shipment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Free parking available.
