Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Program Manager to join our team in Global 7500/8000. This role will be responsible for leading and facilitating governance regarding budget follow-up, communications, KPIs (create governance for 4-Blockers, Problem Solving Tools, Kaizen Projects) for leadership and all hands presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare business cases with respect to budgets, scheduling, costing, and program directive.
  • Prepare presentations for operational improvement projects governance for leadership reviews.
  • Organize and prepare meetings and follow-ups.
  • Organize and maintain executive presentations departmental site and/or functional leadership scorecards governance leadership KPI metrics and project reviews.
  • Prepare governance of documented processes and flowcharts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in project management in the aerospace industry. You should also have experience and knowledge in the following areas: working knowledge of aerospace technical documentation up to certification, working knowledge of manufacturing best practices, working knowledge of quality management systems like AS9100 & ISO standards.

You should possess strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as active knowledge of SAP and/or other MRP systems. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Flowcharting.
