About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently ensure food quality, presentation, and service delivery meet established department standards.
  • Prepare and provide meal service to residents and guests according to established standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure dining room appearance meets established standards, including table linens, tables set with appropriate place settings, and wait stations tidy and containing appropriate supplies.
  • Clear tables, load and safely operate dishwasher, and complete manual ware washing as required.
  • Contribute to the team environment as a member of the Food and Beverage department, working towards departmental goals and priorities.
  • Communicate with the supervisor if there is a noted change in the nutritional status of a resident.
  • Promote a safety culture by continuously working safely, identifying and reporting hazards, following safe work practices and procedures, and wearing personal protective equipment.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing exceptional service, has a high school diploma or equivalent education, and at least one year of experience with serving food or demonstrated experience in customer service. You should also have advanced proficiency in the English language and be able to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire.
