Job Title: Director of Software Quality Assurance

Maple Leaf Foods Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Software Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our IS department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of software quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software quality assurance initiatives
  • Develop and maintain software quality metrics and reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams to ensure adherence to software quality standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of software quality assurance activities
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on SAP implementations
  • Deep knowledge of SAP functional modules, including MM, SRM, PM, MRS, and QM
  • Experience with laboratory information management systems, such as LabVantage
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of software quality assurance professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex software quality issues
