Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Room Attendant to join our team at Prestige Inn Golden. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and handle lost and found items.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Communication: Provide basic information on facilities and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
Work Environment:

As a Room Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.

Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, reliability, team player, and values and ethics.
