At Nourish NB, we are seeking an exceptional Servers and Food and Beverage Services Team Member. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 to $55,000 per year.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can provide exceptional customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables in a timely and courteous manner.
• Present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Describe menu items and daily specials for customers, highlighting the unique qualities and features of each dish.
• Advise customers on menu selections and wine choices, based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
• Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff accurately and clearly.
• Assist clients with special needs, providing additional support and assistance as required.
