About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at Spectrum Home & Family Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide companionship and personal care to adults in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Reference required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
