About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Spa Botanica. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, and ensure accurate and timely payment of benefits.
  • Inventory Management: Compile inventory reports and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in bookkeeping software.
Work Environment

As a Bookkeeper at Spa Botanica, you will work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office work. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
