About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Information Security Office, you will play a strategic and cross-functional analysis role, defining and managing the cross-functional demand management process for unplanned initiatives impacting the information security industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct an inventory, establish targets, and set up the sector's decision-making process, including documentation of committees, decisions impacting information security, and the Bank.
  • Set up and manage tools, such as grids, document structure, and dashboards.
  • Understand, analyze, and guide cross-cutting initiatives impacting the sector, preparing recommendations for the CISO Management Committee.
  • Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment and strategic planning.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with initiative leaders and stakeholders.

About the Team

You will be part of a large team of about forty colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of the Office of Efficiency and Performance within the Office of Information Security. Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree, related to the sector of activity, and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in business process improvement.
  • Experience in analytics.
  • Project management experience.
  • Mastery of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
