About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips Okanagan. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of stylists, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Provide coaching and training to stylists to improve technical skills and customer service
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Collaborate with the salon owner to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of cutting experience and 2 years of management experience
• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
