Job Opportunity: Machine Learning Algorithm Developer

Our client, a leading online sports gaming company, is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Algorithm Developer to join their Technical Centre of Excellence in Curacao. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing math models and algorithms to be used in automated trading applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate state-of-the-art statistical modeling and Machine Learning approaches using historical data
  • Perform industrial research and develop math models and algorithms for automated trading applications
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement Big Data Analysis, Visualization, and Modeling solutions
  • Develop and maintain data acquisition, cleaning, and transformation processes
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience with R, SAS, Python, or MATLAB
  • Experience with Machine Learning algorithms, Probabilistic Models, and statistical modeling approaches
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects
  • Relevant experience as a Software Developer, preferably using Microsoft .NET Framework
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science
  • Experience with Time Series Analysis, SQL, and SQL Server
  • Web development experience using ASP.NET
