About the Opportunity


We are seeking a Senior Director of Enrollment Management to lead our admissions efforts and drive student enrollment at triOS College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our enrollment goals.



Job Description



  • Manage sales quotas and provide input into sales forecasts annually for each campus and respective admissions representative.
  • Direct and oversee the admissions process from point of inquiry through enrollment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and college standards.
  • Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems escalated from an admissions perspective.
  • Employ ethical admission practices and seek out creative vehicles and methods to attract and convert culturally diverse prospective students.
  • Analyze enrollment reports to determine effectiveness of admissions team interviews, closing rates, and terminations.
  • Provide monthly enrollment reporting and projections to the Executive Vice President of Admissions.
  • Represent triOS at various gatherings and conferences related to admissions and promote good relationships with outside institutions or groups that can be helpful in attracting quality students.
  • Hire and train Education Consultants and Directors of Admissions, ensuring they are adequately skilled and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Ensure Directors of Admissions lead and manage Education Consultants to standards defined by the Corporation.


Requirements



  • Post-Secondary degree in sales or business required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in an admissions capacity at a higher education institution.
  • A minimum 2 years of sales management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of the English language.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service internally and externally is crucial in this role.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license are required for occasional travel.
