Job Title: Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at JUNE'S PRECISION CLEANING. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Job Summary:
  • Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in a variety of settings, including offices, homes, and commercial spaces.
  • Use a range of cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure a positive and efficient cleaning experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to a high standard.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets as required.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Provide basic information to clients about facilities and services.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to a high standard.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a variety of environments.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
