Caregiver for Elderly Individuals

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personal support to elderly individuals in their homes.

Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $35,000 to $50,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description- Administer bedside and personal care to ensure the physical and emotional comfort of our clients.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene to promote independence and self-esteem.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals to meet the dietary needs of our clients.
- Launder clothing and household linens to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to ensure the home remains tidy and organized.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of caregiving experience preferred.
- Punctuality, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organization, reliability, patience, and honesty are essential qualities for this role.
- Transportation provided by employer to facilitate easy commutation to work assignments.
- Permanent employment opportunities with Gerarda Tersigni, offering stability and security.
- Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis; however, this is not a condition of employment.
- Criminal record check required prior to commencement of employment to ensure client safety and well-being.
