- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing ideas and suggestions.
- Research new investment opportunities and attend client meetings as required.
- Prepare marketing and business development presentations.
- Conduct client discovery to uncover additional wealth management opportunities.
- A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing role.
- Completion of, or pursuing, a CFA designation (Level 3 minimum).
- Ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using TooGood portfolio management software (preferred).
- An exceptional level of customer service.
