Lead Performance Coach

As a key member of our team at Lions Badminton Training Center Ltd, the Lead Performance Coach will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events. The successful candidate will also have excellent technical skills, with the ability to analyze and evaluate athlete performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our athletes, including planning and implementing practice sessions and developing strategies to improve performance.
  • Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to athletes, with a focus on developing their technical skills and improving their overall performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athlete performance, using data and statistics to inform coaching decisions.

Requirements:

  • Coaching Qualifications: A recognized coaching qualification, such as the Badminton England Coaching Award.
  • Experience: Proven experience of coaching athletes at a high level, with a track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills, with the ability to analyze and evaluate athlete performance.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events.
