As a Continuing Care Assistant with Health Careers in Saskatchewan, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with their daily routines, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients in maintaining their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Food Safe certificate, where required
  • Valid driver's license, where required
