Key Responsibilities- Transaction Processing: Review and process incoming transactions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide strong customer service through email, phone, and written correspondence to internal and external clients, researching and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Policy Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge of Individual Insurance and/or Affinity Markets, including products, systems, and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams across locations to achieve dynamic volumes and service standards, contributing to enhanced departmental efficiency by identifying process improvements and enhancements.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a positive approach to problem-solving, working closely with other areas and locations of POS to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, providing assistance on other functions handled within the Department.
- Education: College diploma or related business experience.
- Language: Bilingual (French/English).
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Manulife's Compliance and Privacy guidelines, proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Skills: Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision, demonstrated decision-making skills, self-starter with great initiative and attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
