Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Childcare Gardener. The role requires no degree, but you will be trained on the job to ensure your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors in various environments, including wet, damp, and hot conditions. As a Childcare Gardener, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants to maintain their health and appearance.
• Planting bulbs and seeds to promote growth and development.
• Potting and re-potting plants to provide them with optimal growing conditions.
• Transplanting seedlings or rooted cuttings to help them thrive.
• Applying fertilizers to support plant growth and health.
• Monitoring plants for signs of insect or disease damage and reporting any issues promptly.
• Digging up wrapping rootballs of trees and shrubs to prepare them for transplantation.
• Watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.

Work Conditions:

This role involves repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding activities, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, and kneeling. If you are physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions, we encourage you to apply.

What We Offer:
