Director, Information Management and Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to lead our Information Management and Technology (IM/IT) service teams. The successful candidate will provide strategic expertise and advice to support our organization's goals and initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IM/IT solutions to support our strategic plans
  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of our data management and information technology infrastructure
  • Develop and implement information security frameworks to protect our data and systems
  • Act as Chief Information Officer, Office Privacy Officer, Information Security Officer, and Data Custodian
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IM/IT leadership or management
  • Proven track record of leading IM/IT teams and developing strategic plans
  • Strong understanding of data management and information security principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
