About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Line Worker to join our team at RB Tek Concept. As an Assembly Line Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, Pack, and Crate Materials and Products: You will be responsible for sorting, packing, and crating materials and products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist Machine Operators and Assemblers: You will assist machine operators and assemblers in maintaining a smooth production process.
  • Perform Labouring and Elemental Activities: You will perform various labouring and elemental activities, including cleaning machines and work areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English or French
  • Work Environment: Noisy
  • Work Setting: Furniture manufacturing company
  • Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, team player
