Tire Technician Role at ERJM Tire Services

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team at ERJM Tire Services. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our customers' vehicles by performing tire repairs and maintenance. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills will make you an ideal fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and balance tires to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, brake pad replacements, and wheel alignments.
  • Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
