About Us

CHIL Interior Design has been established with 3 global hospitality interior design studios in Vancouver, Toronto, and Hong Kong, where they lead the creative aspects of all hospitality interior design. CHIL develop unparalleled luxury hospitality and restaurant spaces for brands including Accor, Shangri-La, Fairmont, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for hospitality and multi-family residential interior design projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed design elements such as millwork.
  • Assist with the preparation of Tender and Construction drawing packages.
  • Work with interior designers to interpret design concepts and specifications into technical drawings.
  • Evaluate all drawings for project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Revise and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, or project changes.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced CAD Technician with a diploma or bachelor's degree in architecture and/or interior design. A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles is required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Revit is an asset, but not necessary. You must possess strong knowledge of local building codes, computer programming, and interior design principles.
