We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Governance Committee as an At-Large Member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of corporate bylaws, Board policies and procedures, and other governing documents. Your expertise and insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of WUSA and the University of Waterloo community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and providing input on draft additions, amendments, and revisions of corporate bylaws and Board policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with other committee members to identify issues and gaps in the overall governance framework
  • Developing and implementing solutions to address these issues
