We are a leading plastic surgery clinic seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Located in Toronto, our clinic offers a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and service. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health care regulations, performing nursing tasks with clinical competency, and documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
  • Perform nursing tasks, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting equipment
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team, including physicians, medical assistants, and patient coordinators
  • Anticipate and address patient needs promptly and professionally
  • Assist with surgical procedures and post-operative care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Requirements:

  • Current RN license with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • ACLS certification required
  • IV certification required for LVNs/LPNs in certain states (CA, PA, NV)
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is an asset
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to function well independently and as part of a team
