About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Pineview Cold Beer & Liquor Store. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Stock and Maintain the Sales Floor: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Clean and sanitize the checkout area, stockroom, and sales floor, and report any safety concerns to management.
