We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project automation team, you will be responsible for providing technical configuration and office support for the MasterPlant technology. You will work closely with our Project Automation Lead to analyze technical implementation and configuration issues, develop and support project and functional data models, and structure and integrate data in a single-source-of-truth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical configuration and office support for the MasterPlant technology
  • Analyze technical implementation and configuration issues with the Project Automation Lead
  • Develop and support project and functional data models
  • Structure and integrate data in a single-source-of-truth environment
  • Work with the Project Automation and Information Management individuals to develop procedures and standards
  • Provide end user office support, project setup and configuration, or special project modifications
  • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems
  • Employ effective knowledge sharing behaviors in the use of our knowledge management portals and communities
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
  • Adhere to and support our Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge gained from a prolonged course of specialized instruction, experience, and expertise
  • Consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
