About This Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a similar capacity is required.

In this role, you will develop and implement engaging child-care programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

You will work closely with other educators to design and execute lesson plans, engage children in activities, and maintain a clean and safe learning environment.

This position requires strong observational skills to identify potential learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports for parents or supervisors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Assist in maintaining records of children's progress and attendance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized learning environment, ensuring equipment and materials are available and accessible.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality care and education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
