Job Title: Buffet Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Buffet Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Club Med Quebec Charlevoix. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide personalized service.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Provide customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
