About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Preet97800 Transport Inc. as a Retail Store Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including apprentices, stagiaires, and design team members, to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  • Staff Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and managing stock levels, to ensure the store is well-stocked and able to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, including supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Establish and manage work schedules, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail store environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail store environment with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift heavy loads.
