Responsibilities:



  • Manage architectural projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee the design development process and ensure project goals are met within schedule and quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects
  • Develop project proposals and budgets
  • Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and other project-related documents
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
  • Identify and resolve design-related issues during the construction phase
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and codes
  • Contribute to the development of studio-wide policies and procedures

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architecture
  • Licensed Architect preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is an asset
