Responsibilities:
  1. Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain an effective OHS Program that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
  2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  3. Training and Development: Provide OHS training to employees to enhance their knowledge and skills, and promote a culture of safety.
  4. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and near misses to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies, procedures, and OHS regulations.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to occupational health and safety.
  8. Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and regulatory bodies to promote a culture of safety and ensure program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
