Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Resolve Issues and Complaints: Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
- Manage Cash and Finances: Manage cash and finances, ensuring that our store is operating within budget.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
