Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to client instructions or preferences, using high-quality equipment and techniques.
  • Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, handle client inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain supplies, ensuring a smooth operation of the barbershop.
  • Financial Transactions: Process client payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain the work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
